BUILT BY AN SME. FOR SMES.
We know the search: a free tool, another signup, then a payment screen just when you need to finish the job. For a small business, those subscriptions add up. So does the time spent moving between spreadsheets and tools that almost do what you need.
YavaHR began with a simple aim: give SMEs a useful, well-designed place for everyday HR, with a free core they can keep using. People records, leave, attendance, claims and payroll belong to that core as the supported workflows become available. Manual exports and payslip downloads belong there too.
We are building a business around optional help and additional services: migration, setup, training, extra backup history and archiving. A team that can manage its own everyday HR should not need to buy those services to complete the basics.
We are starting with teams in Singapore. The website tools and templates are available now, and the wider application is in development. Explore the sample workflows and tell us what would make your working day easier.
Start with free HR guides, editable workbooks and the browser payslip generator. No application subscription is needed to use these resources.
