Free HR software can mean different things. Start with the task you need to finish. A standalone generator can prepare one document. A spreadsheet can organise records you maintain yourself. A connected HR system adds shared records, access and approval workflows.
YavaHR currently offers a browser-based payslip generator and downloadable templates for payslips, leave and claims. These are useful starting points for a small team. They do not create employee app accounts or automatically connect one file to another.

Is YavaHR a free HR system?
Our model keeps everyday HR free, with optional additional services. The application is in development. Today you can use the free payslip generator and templates, explore the sample workflows, or contact us about access.
Do I need an account to use the templates?
No YavaHR app account is needed for the downloads or the browser payslip tool. Save your own working copy of a template and keep the reviewed final record in your agreed location.
Will these tools sync employee records?
No. The files and generator are standalone resources. Keep a clear owner and a controlled final copy if your team uses them for manual HR work.
When should I move from templates to an HR system?
Consider the move when repeated requests, duplicate records, access needs or unclear approvals make the manual process difficult to manage. Start with a list of those requirements before choosing a system.
