FREE PAYSLIP TEMPLATE
The workbook gives you a structured place for employer and employee details, the pay period and payment date, itemised earnings and deductions, and the final net figure. Keep any employer contribution separate from deductions taken from employee pay.
Use it when you already have checked figures and want an editable document. It does not determine salary, CPF, overtime eligibility or other statutory amounts. If you prefer to prepare a document in your browser, use the free online generator instead.

WHAT’S INSIDE
Enter the identity, period and component amounts you have checked.
The workbook adds the entered components and calculates net pay.
Keep the original template and use the example to understand the layout.
HOW TO USE IT
Keep an unchanged template. Use a separate file for each employee and pay period so records do not overwrite one another.
Replace sample details, name each applicable pay component and enter the amounts. Leave calculated total cells intact.
Check period dates, payment date, components and net pay. Choose the relevant sheet or selection when printing from your spreadsheet app.
The main download is an editable .xlsx Excel workbook. A simpler CSV field list is also available. The CSV is a manual starting point and does not contain the workbook’s formatting or formulas.
Open the workbook in a compatible spreadsheet app, select the relevant sheet or print area and use its print or PDF export controls. Page setup can vary by app. The browser payslip generator is another way to prepare a printable document.
No. You need to check which details and calculations apply to your employee and period. The workbook is a generic document template; it does not certify compliance or calculate statutory rates.
Yes. Save a separate working copy for each employee and period. Decide who can access the files and where the reviewed final records are kept.
