EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE SYSTEM
An employee attendance system should answer a few practical questions: has the working day started, is an entry missing and what needs reviewing? A clock-in button helps only when the record, the correction process and the people responsible for checking it are also clear.
YavaHR’s attendance module is being designed to connect the start and finish of a day with a more useful team view. The demonstration lets you try sample clock-in and clock-out states. It does not track your location, record a real shift or send working hours to payroll.
Make it understandable when an employee is recording the start or end of work. Your setup needs to define the workday and the difference between an attendance record and approved working time.
A missed clock-out, an accidental entry or a changed shift should have a clear correction route. Agree who reviews the explanation and how the final record is confirmed.
A manager needs an appropriate team view rather than a stream of isolated timestamps. Consider which information helps plan the day and which details should remain restricted.
BEFORE YOU SET UP
List the normal hours, locations and shift arrangements the team needs to handle before choosing an attendance workflow.
Decide how missed entries, work away from the usual location and corrections are raised and checked.
Separate raw timestamps from approved timesheets and pay inputs. Confirm which connections your payroll process actually needs.
Yes. The website tour adapts to mobile screens. Talk to us about your team’s device and clock-in requirements.
No. The example uses a fixed sample day and time. It does not record your location or real attendance.
Attendance, approved working hours and payroll are separate review steps. Agree how corrections and exceptions should be checked before information is used for pay.
Less time on admin. More room for the human side of business.
