A free core you can keep using.
Everyday HR should be within reach of a small business. Our model keeps supported core workflows free: people records, leave, attendance, claims and payroll, with standard reports, manual exports and payslip downloads.
Optional additional backup history, archiving, scheduled exports and hands-on assistance are separate services. They are not required to complete everyday core workflows. The application and these additional services are in development; current access and supported workflows are confirmed before onboarding.
Finish the everyday work
Core HR is free to use, with no per-employee subscription charge for those workflows. Your team can use the released core without buying an additional service.
Keep control of your records
Standard manual exports and payslip downloads belong to the free core. An optional backup or archive service is for additional copies and convenience, rather than permission to retrieve your records.
Choose extra help
Backup & Archive is planned at S$100 per company per month. Setup, migration and training are separately scoped and quoted. The service is in development, with retention, storage and restore terms to be confirmed before purchase.
A few practical questions.
Why is YavaHR building a free HR system?
We run small businesses too. Subscriptions add up, and the ordinary work still needs doing. Our model keeps a useful HR core free and builds revenue around optional additional services and hands-on help.
Is the free core a time-limited trial?
No. Our model is an ongoing free core, rather than a trial that expires into a required subscription. Additional paid services are optional.
Can I use the full application today?
The connected application is in development. Explore the sample product tour or contact us about access and currently supported workflows. The standalone website tools and templates are available now.
Will I pay to export my employee records or download payslips?
Standard manual exports and payslip downloads are part of the free core as those app workflows become available. The website payslip tool and downloadable templates are already free to use.
What would an optional backup service add?
Backup & Archive is planned at S$100 per company per month for additional company-specific backup history, archiving, scheduled exports and restoration assistance. It is in development. Retention, storage allowances and restore scope will be confirmed before purchase; the price does not include setup, migration or training.
What happens if I stop an optional paid service?
Under our model, the free core and standard manual exports remain available. The extra service stops according to its agreed terms. Any archive retention and retrieval arrangements will be explained before you subscribe.
How much does Backup & Archive cost?
The planned monthly price is S$100 per company. Setup, migration and training are quoted separately. The service and its Stripe checkout are not yet available; contact us to discuss your requirements.
