This notice covers the YavaHR website, product tours, free tools, downloadable resources, enquiries and browser preferences.

The YavaHR application is a separate service. Please refer to the privacy information and terms provided for that service when using an application account.

Information you choose to send

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond, understand your requirements and manage the resulting discussion. Our form asks for your name, work email and message. Company and team size are optional.

The form sends your enquiry to our team at info@pwkholdings.com through our email delivery service, Resend. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry and leave out employee records, payslips, identity documents and medical details.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We will explain any additional purpose for using personal information and obtain consent where required.

Page requests, hosting and access

Our hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, access times and security records.

We serve our own fonts and interface assets. The website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or behavioural profiling. Access and security services may use essential cookies separately from the optional browser preferences below.

Free tools, examples and downloads

Our interactive product tours use sample information. Actions in a tour do not create an employee record or update an application account.

The free payslip generator processes the figures you enter in your browser. We do not receive or store those pay figures. Your browser, device, extensions, printing and saved files have their own handling, so review your settings and any copies you keep.

Downloaded Excel and CSV files are edited in the software and storage you choose. We do not receive your changes to those files. Please manage access, sharing and backups carefully when adding employee information.

Cookies and similar browser storage

We use browser storage to remember your privacy choice. If you allow optional storage, the break game can also remember your numeric best score. Hosting and access services may use separate cookies needed to deliver or secure the website.

Optional storage is off until you choose. Select Essential only, Allow game-score saving or Manage preferences in the notice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Your choice is valid for up to 180 days. We ask again when you next visit after it expires. Withdrawing optional storage removes the saved game score. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only to the current page.

Accepting optional storage does not enable analytics or advertising. You can also clear site data through your browser. Browser storage has no automatic expiry, so an unused browser may retain a value until it revisits the site or the data is cleared.

Service providers and disclosures

Hosting, security, access and email service providers help us deliver the website and respond to enquiries. Website enquiries are handled by our email delivery service, the recipient mailbox service and the people authorised to respond for PWK Holdings Pte Ltd.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where needed for a legitimate business or legal requirement. This website does not sell personal information or share it with advertising audiences.

Handling outside Singapore

Our hosting, access and email service providers may process information outside Singapore. Overseas transfers are subject to the applicable protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Keeping and removing information

We retain enquiry information for the purpose of responding and managing the resulting discussion, and for relevant legal or business needs. You can contact us with questions about retention or to request a review of information you have provided.

Browser privacy choices are valid for up to 180 days. An optional game score is removed when you withdraw, clear site data, or next visit after the choice expires. This browser preference period does not apply to email or hosting records.

You control downloaded documents and any copies saved to your device, email or chosen storage.

Access, correction, withdrawal and complaints

For access, correction, withdrawal of consent or a privacy concern, email info@pwkholdings.com with the subject “YavaHR privacy request”. Include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. Please do not attach identity documents or employee files unless we have agreed that they are needed.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and protect other people’s information. Requests are handled subject to the PDPA’s applicable requirements, response periods and exceptions. If withdrawing consent affects a service or discussion, we will explain the effect.

You can withdraw optional browser storage immediately through Cookie settings. For information you have emailed us, please contact the privacy mailbox. Application-related requests should identify the relevant service and organisation.

Protection and security concerns

Website connections use HTTPS. Please use a trusted device, keep your browser up to date and take care when sharing downloaded documents or sending confidential information.

If you notice a possible security issue involving the website or an enquiry, contact info@pwkholdings.com with the subject “YavaHR security concern”. Describe the issue without sending exposed personal records.

DPO contact and notice updates

We may update this notice as the website and our services evolve. The date above identifies the latest version. We will explain material changes to how personal information is used and seek consent where required.
