An enquiry or product tour does not create an application subscription, reserve a meeting or confirm a commercial offer. Application access, paid services and customer-specific arrangements are subject to the terms agreed for those services.

Free tools and templates

You may use the free tools and download, edit and use the templates we offer for your own internal business or personal administration. You may share a completed document with the people who need it for that purpose.

Please do not sell the original templates as your own product, redistribute a resource library under another brand or suggest that YavaHR endorses your organisation without our written permission. Separate terms supplied with a resource take precedence for that resource.

You are responsible for the information you enter, access permissions and the records you create or keep. Check figures, dates, calculations, company policies and applicable requirements before using an output in employment administration.

Understanding the tool outputs

The payslip generator formats figures you enter and performs the arithmetic described on the page. It does not determine statutory contribution rates, tax, entitlement, eligibility or legal compliance. Our templates and guides provide general practical assistance; they do not replace advice suited to your circumstances.

Product tours use sample information. Their actions do not create employee records, approve real leave, reimburse claims or initiate payroll payments. Please use sample information when exploring a tour.

Respectful and authorised use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, distribute malicious code, submit spam or use the website to infringe another person’s rights.

Only provide information you are authorised to share. Keep initial enquiries focused on your requirements and leave out confidential employee files, identity documents and medical information. Agree an appropriate transfer process before sharing sensitive business records.

YavaHR branding and the website’s content, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Other than the resource permission above, no ownership rights or general licence to reproduce the website are granted.
